Language Arts
It will be business as usual with spelling this week, with ten words a day and the test on Friday. We will continue The Little Prince, and work on memorizing Dream Variations by Langston Hughes. For writing we will continue to practice Opinion Writing.
Math

Science
This week students will take a closer look into Ecology. Students will learn about the role of the sun, types of consumers, and food chains.
History
We will start our Spanish Explorers unit this week. We will learn about Ponce de Leon, Christopher Columbus and Hernando De Soto.
